nunstargame Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nunstargame. By accessing the nunstargame platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the nunstargame platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Services in any manner. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the nunstargame platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others for gambling purposes.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of nunstargame or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the nunstargame platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

nunstargame reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the nunstargame platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. nunstargame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify nunstargame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

nunstargame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorized access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

nunstargame supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• nunstargame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours after verification. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• nunstargame does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which nunstargame bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nunstargame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or account-status restrictions.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• nunstargame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the nunstargame platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all nunstargame games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in real time. nunstargame does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, nunstargame will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• nunstargame's records of all game transactions shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. Players may request a transaction history from our support team.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. nunstargame reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. nunstargame is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nunstargame platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud in connection with any game or promotion.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to nunstargame immediately and must not be exploited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nunstargame staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by nunstargame.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nunstargame platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of nunstargame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nunstargame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written consent.
• Use any nunstargame trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of nunstargame's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by nunstargame.

10 Privacy & Data

nunstargame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, nunstargame collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations under Philippine law.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the platform and personalizing your gaming experience.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

11 Responsible Gaming

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. nunstargame will honor all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

nunstargame reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or initiating a self-exclusion.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nunstargame, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the nunstargame platform or any services thereon.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any game outcome, including losses resulting from gameplay.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform, including those caused by third-party service providers.

nunstargame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your nunstargame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nunstargame's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination

nunstargame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Cessation of the nunstargame platform's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting nunstargame's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you following the completion of standard verification procedures.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall limit nunstargame's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of nunstargame's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15 Amendments

nunstargame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the platform or their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the nunstargame platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
